Dr. Yee has over 28 years of experience, including at KPMG Malaysia, in audit, tax, accounting, company secretarial and consultancy services. He has conducted public and in-house training for listed companies, multinational companies, Universities, HRDF approved training providers, associations, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), ACCA Malaysia, Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), CCH / Walters Kluwer (Malaysia), CPA Australia, government bodies, accounting and tax firms, and non-profitable organisations.

Dr. Yee is a Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Certified Trainer and formerly a Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) Certified Trainer for Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS).

He is the author of the book entitled "GST Implementation & Readiness Assessment – A Quick Business Guide & Checklist”, published in March 2015, that provides the readers with a firm grasp of the mechanism, key concepts and issues related to Malaysian GST and the Chief Editor of the "English-Chinese Dictionary of Accounting & GST Terms” with Pinyin Pronunciation published in January 2018.

Sarah Ch’ng holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of Griffith, Australia. She is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (ASCPA), the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants (ACPA) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).

Sarah was trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a "Big Four” international accounting firm, Messrs. PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PWC) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. During her tenure with PWC, she was involved in various industries such as trading, manufacturing, plantation, investment holdings, leisure and gaming, telecommunications, transportation, property development and IT in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. She was attached to a medium-sized Chartered Accountants’ firm with international affiliation as Audit Manager prior to her appointment as Director of YHL & Associates and YHL Consulting Group Sdn. Bhd in year 2004.

Her experience covers various assignments in the area of audit, due diligence and special engagements in companies listed on Bursa Malaysia, multi-national corporations and small and medium sized companies. She was involved in Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. in Brunei as Principal Consultant in year 2005. In addition, she was the Managing Consultant for preparation of manual of operating procedures and internal control review for a Malaysian group of companies which have successfully listed via reverse takeover on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange, U.K. in January 2008.

She has attended the 2-days workshop on MBRS Preparers for Financial Statements.

She is currently heading the audit and assurance practice and serves as a Principal Consultant.
